Woman Raped, Forced to Have Sex With 12 Year Old Son

Heres another one to throw onto the 'so horrific yet no one gives a shit' list.
It's time people start looking to fix the problems in their own countries, this stuff happens because people don't seem to know that crime is not something that has a home in any one place.
Maybe if the cops could let a bit of their excessive force out now, instead of taking it out on ex-drug convicts. Don't worry about the lawyer, he'll just say something smart like
Two teenagers were accused of gang-raping a woman and forcing her 12-year-old son to join in the attack, then beating him and pouring cleaning solution into his eyes.

`The president of the United States doesn't know what the rules are. The secretary of defense doesn't know what the rules are. But the government expects this Pfc. To know what the rules are?'

The post appeared a little disjointed at first, but I got it.
Right thinking and moral people don't act like the savages depicted in here. But, how can you predict which individual is going to freak out and do something like this?
If no one is allowed to spy, to profile, or to pass judgments and to mete out justice, then we live with the consequences.
We need to raise up new leaders, would that include you?

Spying on someone does not prevent crimesl ike this from happening, in fact it is what fosters such crimes. Giving too much power to law enforcers, I mean, they're only human, the power will invariably get to their heads.
The only real way to enforce law without damaging the lives of those who follow it is to have appropriate punishment for crimes and law enforcers who can ensure criminals meet their end. Perhaps jail isn't a good solution, over crowding prisons is proof enough that the justice system is broken.
As for theleadership thing, nah, I'm not cut out for the job, too many skeletons in my closet
