Those Who Deny Global Warming, Also Deny Passive Smoking Kills

Without a doubt, the single most ridiculous thing in existence, a reality everyone knows of, something that is without a doubt real, passive smokings health dangers, is not only denied by those crazy enough to deny it,but also by global warming deniers.
Please, someone, prove me wrong, but it looks like by and large those who deny the problems of climate change also deny passive smoking kills. I don't understand how someone can think that.
Then again, I also don't understand why marijuana is illegal when it is far less harmful than ciggarettes. Not even adictive either.
Though it makes me feel comfortable in full knowledge of the fact, that those who do deny the environmental problems are crazy enough to deny passive smokings health risks and probably also believe it's a good idea to waste our resources because the rapture is coming.
