These Numbers Don't Add Up

When you think about Palestinian media, particular children’s shows you think of Sesame Street with 'lets kill all the Jews'. When you think about Jewish media for kids, well you don't, and if you were made to think about it there would probably be praise for it not being like Palestinian TV.
There is however a perplexing problem, if Palestinian TV is representative of Palestinians views and Israeli TV is representative of Israeli's why do the numbers seem so skewed?
Now ignoring typical rhetoric thrown about by people irrationally attached to either side of the debate one must wonder if Farfour is typical Palestinian or in a broader sense, Arab, thought why less Arab kids think low of Jewish kids than vice versa?
The question I believe goes beyond the media and the governments of these people. It goes to their culture and their upbringing. Palestine’s working government consists of different parties attempting to gain power while Israel’s government fills the niche of religious extremists first and takes care of its own mainstream citizens as an after thought. We can't make up our minds based on their representatives, both sides exist for their own purposes and not the peoples.
What are we being presented here with? Are the claims that all Arab children are made to hate Jews and because of that want to kill them at all costs complete folly? Perhaps not complete folly, but certainly not as exaggerated as people are made to believe, and going by these numbers it's hardly justifiably to take such a line of thought on the matter.
We are looking at Palestinians from the perspective of their corrupt government through the eyes of self censored media organizations. Then we are looking at Israel through those same eyes and through all that making judgements as to the already chaotic political and cultural climate that exists in that part of the world.

The poll showed that 75 percent of Jewish students believe that Arabs are uneducated people, are uncivilized and are unclean.
On the other hand 25 percent of the Arab youth believe that Jews are the uneducated ones, while 57 percent of the Arab's believe Jews are unclean.
