Putin Urges Talks With Iran, Is Accused of Being 'Assertive'

Irony of ironies, the nation that spends more on military than the top ten other nations in existence accuses the seventh largest military force of 'dramatically increasing' spending on military, and god forbid, being 'assertive' with its military power.
