The Pro-Nazi Media Today

July 2nd 2008 10:00
I'm getting sick and tired of the Daily Mail, it's nothing more than an organization staffed by Nazi monkeys chained to type writers thinking up ever more creative ways of making the most insignificant news into some big time controversy.

Ah *sigh* Yes, they supported the Nazi's back in the day, I did not make that up and yes, their website is the epitome of shit, and again, I did not make that up.

The only thing I wonder about is how they managed to get through WW2, what with their pro-Nazi agenda back in the day. Oh that's right, they changed their tune when the British government threatened to shut them down, in 1939. All the way up to the beginning of World War 2 those bastards were supporting the Nazi's and they only switched sides when they were threatened to be shutdown.

And you're telling me there is no chance of an ongoing far right fascist legacy with those gits?

There is no US/Israel Alliance

June 15th 2008 11:15
The US and Israel do not share an alliance, allies share common goals which they work together to achieve. If anything, the US has amply proven it asks nothing of Israel and yet finds the need to drip feed the Israeli war machine a good two billion a year and provide it with protection from the UN with countless vetoes.

Some would argue Israel is a democracy and should be protected, that Israel’s existence as a free nation amongst all the savage dictatorships in the Middle East is important. Yet these same countries which surround Israel don't seem to have a problem with Israel, most have fairly strong ties to the US. Jordan has economic relations with Israel, the US sends people to be tortured in Egypt and despite what they like to say, have been negotiating peace treaties with Syria.

Given all this military 'aid' the US has been giving Israel why hasn't Israel developed the nerve to fight its own wars or even be part of the now ended 'Coalition of the Willing'? Why, of all the nations which were involved with invading Iraq and Afghanistan was Israel not one of then? If there is an alliance between Israel and the US then surely they would be allied together in war, to spread democracy throughout the Middle East.

If Israel continues to just take money and give nothing back there is no alliance, the US essentially takes care of Israel and Israel does nothing in return. In an ironic twist Israel uses some of that aid to develop its own weapons which it sells to China, a communist nation, one which is a potential threat to the US.

Ultimately if you want to argue with me you have to explain the simplest of all questions. If Israel is allies with the US why did it not join the 'Coalition of the Willing' and help the US in its invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq?

Is Israel too weak? Too vulnerable? Does it need to be cradled like a baby? Here's some more food for thought, this time more specifically for my fellow Australians though the rest of the world can chew on it some. We, Australia, do not have a very large military force and are about as far away from the Middle East as is geographically, economically and politically possible yet we went to war with the US. In the process we fueled terrorism in Indonesia, we caught the attention of people who would otherwise be uninterested in us, in short, we made ourselves a vulnerable target and were attacked as such simply by going to war.

This, despite the US refusing to fulfill its obligations to Australia as an ally during the Timor crisis, one which was very real and unlike the whole scandal that is Iraq. We went to war with the US, we went to Iraq based on lies and propaganda, we joined them in a fruitless war and made ourselves vulnerable, and were indeed attacked, because of it.

Why us? Why not Israel? A country which prides itself on its military capacity? One which is right there in the thick of things, which claims its continued existence depends on the wars the US, and consequently, we, are fighting.

So much for right versus left. Mr Brooks also finds that extremists of both sides are happier than moderates. Some 35% of those who call themselves “extremely liberal” say they are very happy, against only 22% of ordinary liberals. For conservatives, the gap is smaller: 48% to 43%. Extremists are happy, Mr Brooks reckons, because they are certain they are right. Alas, this often leads them to conclude that the other side is not merely wrong, but evil. Some two-thirds of America's far left and half of the far right say they dislike not only the other side's ideas, but also the people who hold them.

This is one of those things that brought a smile to my face, it appears some people are so caught up in hating Muslims that they let their own bigotry out even when complaining why someone else is not being attacked for his supposed bigotry. Does that make sense?

Well basically certain people are asking why Muslims don't find the following image offensive, reasoning that it has something to do with those health care giving, violence decrying dastardly leftists

Big surprise, Jimmy Carter has now been labelled a 'bigot' by Israel's Ambassador to the UN for (of all things) *gasp* *shock* *horror* talking to Hamas rather than pouring a good three billion into Israels war machine.

Israel's ambassador to the United Nations on Thursday called former President Jimmy Carter "a bigot" for meeting with the leader of the militant Hamas movement in Syria.

The Terms ‘Boyfriend’, ‘Girlfriend’, ‘Hubby’, ‘Wife’, ‘Husband’ and ‘Spouse’ Have Been Banned Deemed Homophobic

Teachers will undergo ‘diversity training’ so that they learn such diverse terms like ‘boyfriend’ and ‘husband’ are homophobic as part of a massive anti-homophobic campaign in Queensland. Education Director-General Michael Coutts has taken the helm of this little campaign, which can at best be described ‘hypocritical’ saying that “We value diversity and include everyone in the life of the school … meeting the bare legal requirement is not enough” […] “Public education has a responsibility to include … to strive to make all feel welcome.” And I thought the gay rights movement made a mockery of itself with the Jay Leno incident

Before anyone takes those words out of context let me just say this is just an unproven theory and that this may be coincedence rather than causality.

Does anyone notice how high the suicide rates are in countries like Norway, Australia, France and Germany? Some of the most 'livable' cities in the world with the highest literacy rates and best healthcare, not to mention they provide some of the best opportunities and jobs yet they lack in terms of spirituality and religion

Boycotting the Olympics...

March 30th 2008 13:53
Is an act of hypocrisy.

To only make yourself feel better you have to wonder, what are you doing? Is it truly for the greater good or is just for yourself? I dare say those who want to boycott the Olympics couldn't survive a week boycotting Chinese exports

There are many scientific debates that are argued using political or religious points. Such arguments tend to carry an 'all or none' mantra where either side has to have its way and compromise just isn't acceptable. In the case of global warming one side declares it exists one side tries to reason its way out and in the middle there's a perfectly good argument that whether or not global climate change will result in the apocalypse is irrelevant, we are running out of fossil fuels and are clearly killing off the environment.

Abortion itself is an even more absurd debate, one side claims it's 'my body' the other 'even a few gobs of cells is life'. Both sides are actually wrong and right in a sense, it is part of the womans body and it is also a few gobs of cells. That's where it ends, because the gobs of cells develop into something that can be best described as human and at that point it's really a living being seperate from the 'host body

I'm not one to hold it against someone for changing religions, assuming of course they are changing religions. In the case of Magdi Allam he did not change religions, he never was a Muslim to begin with.

To be a Muslim you have to follow the five pillars of Islam, starting with accepting that there is only one God and that Mohammed is his last messenger, pray five times a day, give charity, fast on Ramadhan and if possible make a pilgrimage known as 'Hajj

The west and the middle east are in a clash of ideologies some would say, yet it's really the entire world that is in a clash of ideologies between those who love freedom and those who love their own freedom.

Mitt Romney perfectly demonstrated just why conservatives have gone too far with their own religion so much so that it essentially mirrors that of the Islamic terrorists who will fight us over here if we don't fight them over there
