Members of We Are Change specifically asked him to address why he did not warn firefighters, police and other first responders that buildings would collapse in the WTC complex-- which might have saved hundreds of further lives-- despite the fact that he was told the buildings would collapse.

If your relatives remains was not found after the building fell odds are he/she is being used as pavement. Yes, literally, pavement.
