Censorship in Venezuela?

Big business types claim that Hugo Chavez is running an oppresive regime, driving the economic system to the ground and so on and so forth. One of the bigger claims is that Chavez is censoring the media. Well, it would seem that the media which is run by big business types don't really know what the definition of 'censorship' is because...
The above image was shown on national TV, from a channel which has a slant against Chavez. Most news in Venezuela is run by the rich who are slowly losing their grip on the Venezuelan economy and are as such resorting to cheap propoganda tactics. Often comparing him to Hitler and the anti-Christ, most accusations of course are empty handed, the most ironic and self contradicting of all of course is their claim he censors the media.
